Job summary

BNI Global Llc in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Launch Director Consultant to drive sales and build networks by coaching prospective Members on forming powerful, profitable chapters. The role focuses 20-25 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends to accommodate prospecting and new Member needs.

You will attend events, educate prospects, close sales, recruit and manage a sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ professional work experience in sales (preferred).
• Experience in customer support and account management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit goals by prospecting and closing sales at events and networking venues.
• Educate and sell to in-person and virtual prospects the benefits of BNI services weekly.
• Close sale transactions after meetings to reduce Membership churn while maximizing Membership value.
• Develop and implement a sales pipeline and recruitment strategy to convert prospects to Members.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and Member accounts in company software.
• Coach applicants to learn, follow, and achieve key milestones.
• Foster strong relationships between Forming Chapters and Regional Support Team.
• Participate in weekly status calls to report progress and challenges.
