BNI Global in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a part-time Launch Director Consultant. You will drive sales by coaching prospective Members to form powerful networks, attending events 3+ hours weekly and managing a sales pipeline with leadership support.

Role emphasizes prospecting, education of benefits, closing sales, and maintaining records. Non-traditional hours (evenings/weekends) may be required to meet prospecting needs and achieve growth.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Valid drivers license required.
• 2+ years professional work experience in sales preferred.
• Experience in customer support and account management.
• Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve established sales and profit goals by prospecting and closing sales outside of home office at networking events.
• Educate and sell to in-person and virtual prospects the benefits of BNIs services weekly.
• Close sale transactions to reduce Membership churn while maximizing value.
• Develop and implement a sales pipeline and recruitment strategy with manager.
• Maintain accurate records of all leads and Member accounts in company software.
• Coach applicants to learn and achieve key milestones.
• Foster a positive relationship between Forming Chapters and Regional Support Team.
• Participate in Weekly Success Calls to report status and outcomes.
• Perform other duties as communicated by BNIs US Core Leadership.
