Job summary

BNI Global in Bend, OR is seeking Launch Director Consultants—outside sales representatives who generate leads and drive sales by coaching prospective Members on forming powerful networks. This part-time role focuses 80% on sales with 20-25 hours per week.

You’ll attend community events, educate prospects about the benefits, close sales to reduce churn, and build a recruitment pipeline. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 2+ years’ professional work experience in sales.
• Experience in customer support and account management.
• Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by prospecting and closing sales at events and other networking settings.
• Educate and sell to prospects the professional and financial benefits of BNI’s services weekly.
• Close sale transactions to reduce Membership churn while maximizing Membership value.
• Develop and implement an effective sales pipeline and recruitment strategy with manager.
• Maintain accurate records of all leads and Member accounts in company software.
• Coach applicants to learn and achieve key milestones.
• Foster relationships between Forming Chapters and Regional Support Team.
