Job summary

BNI Global is seeking a Launch Director Consultant in Loveland, CO to drive sales and build networks for Members. The role is part-time (20–25 hours weekly) with evenings and weekends possible, focusing mainly on sales, prospecting at events, and coaching applicants to milestones.

You will educate prospects on benefits, close sales to reduce churn, and manage a sales pipeline with guidance from leadership. Strong communication and drive are essential.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 2+ years’ professional work experience in sales.
• Experience in customer support and account management.
• Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit goals by prospecting and closing outside the home office.
• Educate prospects on the benefits of BNI services during in-person and virtual meetings.
• Close sales to reduce Membership churn and maximize value.
• Develop and implement a sales pipeline and recruitment strategy with the manager.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and Member accounts in company software.
• Coach applicants to learn and achieve key milestones.
• Foster a positive relationship between Forming Chapters and Regional Support Team.
• Participate in weekly success calls and report status and challenges.
• Perform additional duties to reflect core values and mission.
