Job summary

BNI Global is seeking a part-time Launch Director Consultant in Monterey, CA. You will generate leads and drive sales by coaching prospective Members to form powerful networks. The role focuses 80% on sales activities and requires evenings/weekends at times; hours total 20-25 per week.

Responsibilities include prospecting at events, educating prospects on BNI benefits, closing sales, developing a recruitment strategy, and maintaining accurate records. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ professional sales experience preferred.
• Experience in customer support and account management is a plus.
• Strong time management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit goals through prospecting and closing.
• Educate and sell to prospects the benefits of BNI services weekly.
• Close sales to reduce churn and maximize membership value.
• Develop and implement a sales pipeline and recruitment strategy.
• Maintain records of leads and member accounts in company software.
• Coach applicants to learn and achieve milestones.
• Support forming chapters and regional leadership teams.
• Participate in weekly status calls and other duties as needed.
