Job summary

Business Network International in Bend, Oregon is seeking Launch Director Consultants to generate leads and drive sales as part-time outside sales representatives. You will coach prospects, attend community events, and build a sales pipeline while working 20-25 hours per week, with possible evenings and weekends to meet needs.

You will educate prospects on BNI’s benefits, close sales, and maintain records. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of professional sales experience.
• Experience in customer support and account management.
• Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit goals by prospecting and closing sales outside the home office at events and networking venues.
• Educate and sell to prospects the benefits of BNI services weekly.
• Close sale transactions to reduce churn while maximizing membership value.
• Develop and implement a sales pipeline and recruitment strategy with the manager.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and member accounts in company software.
• Coach applicants to learn and meet key milestones.
• Foster relationships between forming chapters and the Regional Support Team.
• Participate in weekly calls to report status and progress.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the mission.
