BNI Global is seeking a Launch Director Consultant to drive growth through outside sales, coaching potential Members on the value of joining BNI. The role requires attending events and networking to convert prospects, with a focus on sales and member retention.

The position is part-time (20-25 hours/week) and may require evenings and weekends to meet prospecting targets and new Member needs. Valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ professional work experience in sales or related field.
• Experience in customer support and account management.
• Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales and profit goals through prospecting and closing sales at events and venues.
• Educate and sell to prospects the benefits of BNI services weekly.
• Close sale transactions to reduce Membership churn while maximizing value.
• Develop and implement a sales pipeline and recruitment strategy with manager.
