Job summary

BNI is seeking a Launch Director Consultant (part-time 20-25 hours weekly) to drive sales and lead development of powerful networks. This role involves coaching prospective Members, attending events, and managing a sales pipeline to maximize Membership value.

You will balance in-person and virtual outreach, prospecting at community events and other venues, and collaborating with the Regional team. A High School diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 2+ years’ professional work experience in sales preferred.
• Experience in customer support and account management.
• Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close sales outside home office at events for at least 3 hours weekly.
• Educate and sell benefits of BNI to in-person and virtual prospects weekly.
• Close sales after meetings to reduce Membership churn and maximize value.
• Develop and implement sales pipeline and recruitment strategy with manager.
• Maintain current records of leads and Member accounts in company software.
• Coach applicants to meet key milestones.
• Foster positive links between Forming Chapters and Regional Support Team.
• Attend Weekly Success Calls to report status and results.
• Perform other duties per BNI US Core Leadership directives.
• Support the mission and core values through assigned tasks.
