• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform basic arithmetic.

• Food Handler's Certificate or training required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks a variety of menu items such as burgers, eggs, salads, and desserts.
• Operates kitchen equipment and maintains food temperatures for safety and quality.
• Cleans and maintains work areas and utensils; follows sanitation procedures.
• Assists with inventories and bar-related duties as needed.
