You will handle cash transactions, assist with inventories, and ensure food safety and quality throughout shifts. The ideal candidate has bartending experience, food preparation skills, and the ability to follow written and oral

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and presentation and the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Experience operating and cleaning/sanitizing food service equipment.
• Experience bartending.
• Works demands standing and walking, lifting up to 45 lbs with assistance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks a variety of menu items.
• Washes and cleans kitchen equipment.
• Maintains a neat, safe, and sanitary area following regulations.
• Maintains proper food temperatures during holding, transport, and serving.
• Verifies and stores food supplies properly.
• Prepares and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages from full-service bar.
• Receives payment and handles cash accurately.
• Assists in taking inventory and maintaining records.
• Keeps bar area clean and stocked at all times.
• Washes bar equipment, glassware, and utensils.
• Performs other sanitation duties as required.
