Qualifications

• Experience with food preparation methods and following recipes.
• Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions and perform basic arithmetic.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must obtain a Food Handler's Certificate or complete training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items such as hamburgers, sandwiches, eggs, salads, and desserts.
• Operate kitchen equipment and ensure proper holding, reheating, and serving temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Assist with inventory, food storage, and bar-related duties as needed.
