Coast Guard Exchange in Elizabeth City, NC is seeking a Part Time Bartender/Cook (20-29 hours/week) to prepare meals and beverages for patrons at the MWR facility. The role requires standing for long periods, following safety and sanitation rules, and handling cash at the bar.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and presentation and the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Experience operating and cleaning/sanitizing food service equipment.
• Experience bartending.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks a variety of menu items and maintains a neat, sanitized work area.
• Prepares and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, handles cash, and keeps bar stocked.
