Qualifications

• Experience with food preparation procedures and following recipes.
• Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions and perform basic arithmetic.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
• Must obtain a Food Handler's Certificate or complete food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items as directed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (gas, electric, steam, microwave).
• Maintain food temperatures and prevent spoilage; ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Assist with inventories and cleaning of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Support bar-related duties and setup as required.
