quantilope GmbH in New York City is seeking a part-time IT Support Specialist to be the on-site hero ensuring teammates have all hardware, software, and access needed to stay productive during US business hours.

You will triage IT issues, manage hardware provisioning (macOS focus, Windows mix), and administer cloud identities across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Jira. Expect a hands-on role with a learning mindset and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Information Technology, CS, Systems Administration, or related field.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with macOS (preferred) and Windows OS.
• Customer-first mindset; explain technical concepts clearly to colleagues.

Responsabilités

• First-Responder Support: triage, diagnose, and resolve IT inquiries (network, permissions, software configurations, peripherals).
• Hardware Lifecycle & Provisioning: provision hardware, manage inventory, endpoints using MDM tools.
• SaaS & Identity Administration: provision/audit user accounts and licenses across core cloud platforms.
• Security & Device Compliance: manage MFA, encryption policies, and endpoint compliance monitoring.
• AV & Meeting Room Infrastructure: maintain on-site meeting room tech and hybrid video conferencing.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: write user-facing guides and maintain IT documentation.
