Qualifications

• Provide hands-on desktop support for employees across computers, mobile devices, printers, software, and connectivity needs.
• Administer Microsoft 365 users, licenses, email, collaboration tools, permissions, and MFA.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, device setup, access control, and IT inventory management.
• Assist with IT documentation, troubleshooting procedures, technology improvements, and small IT projects.
• 2+ years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or similar technical support experience.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for computers, mobile devices, printers, software applications, connectivity issues, and general user technology needs.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including user accounts, email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licenses, multi-factor authentication, and access management.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, account permissions, equipment tracking, and recovery of company assets.
• Support Windows, macOS, and mobile devices while helping maintain updates, security standards, and user productivity.
• Troubleshoot basic network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and account access issues, escalating more complex items when needed.
• Maintain IT inventory, software licenses, user documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and assist with IT projects, new software, AI tools, automation, AV, or smart-building technology.
