Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain a Mac & M365 environment in a corporate setting. You will provide day-to-day end-user computing support, deploy MacBooks, and manage device security and lifecycle.

You will work with Kandji/Jamf/Intune to configure and manage devices, support Exchange Online/SharePoint/Teams, and handle onboarding/offboarding, licenses, and asset inventory with a focus on a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on macOS support experience in corporate IT.
• Experience with MacBook deployment and MDM tooling (Kandji/Jamf/Intune).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 support for macOS devices and end-user computing needs.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain MacBooks using Kandji or other MDM tools.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and hardware lifecycle provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and license management.
• Document processes and maintain asset inventory while ensuring IT policy compliance.
