Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Part-Time IT Support Specialist with strong iOS and macOS experience for a direct-hire role at a nonprofit in the 92670 area. The position focuses on hands-on, in-person support for staff and requires discretion, reliability, and clear communication.

You will join a small IT team, contribute to device support, Microsoft 365 administration, user onboarding, and internal tech projects in a service‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with macOS systems and iOS devices.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, including licenses and MFA.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
• Comfortable working in a mixed Apple/Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT help desk support for macOS laptops, iOS devices, Windows systems, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, patch, and maintain hardware, software, and systems.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, MFA, and permissions.
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access removal.
• Maintain documentation, inventory, and knowledge base updates.
