Occasional travel may be required to assist clients or on-site visits, with flexible hours according to business needs. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Apple support and ACSP certification, plus experience with Microsoft 365 and Apple ecosystems integration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Apple support experience.
• ~1+ years of Help Desk experience.
• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP).
• Experience integrating Microsoft and Apple ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical support incidents via phone, email, and chat.
• Document troubleshooting steps and interactions clearly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Work flexible hours and be willing to travel infrequently.
