Penn State Great Valley’s Information Technology Support (ITS) Help Desk is seeking part-time User Support Specialists who are resourceful, good problem solvers, fast learners, and enjoy helping staff, faculty, students, and external clients. Hours are 10-24 per week, Monday through Thursday, with some Saturdays, on-site at the Great Valley Campus in Malvern, PA.

• Energetic and enthusiastic about computer and AV tech.
• Experience in PC and MAC environments.
• Willing to work 10-24 hours weekly, Mon–Thu evenings and some Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Answer questions over the phone, in person, and via email.
• Assist walk-ins at the Help Desk with computer needs and AV setup.
• Support classroom technology and AV for conferencing events.
• Learn and test new applications and AV systems as part of training.
