Gordon State College information technology department seeks a Federal Work Study student for Fall 2026/Spring 2027. This part-time position is up to 15 hours per week and pays $11.00 per hour.

Under the direction of the IT Help-desk Manager, the student will answer phones and direct calls, assist with password changes and basic software issues, and support the IC computer lab during daytime hours while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be Federal Work Study eligible.
• Must be enrolled in at least six academic credit hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Information Technology Staff in the Instructional Complex (IC) computer lab during daytime hours.
• Ensure that the proper supplies are available for the students.
• Assist with various other duties as needed.
