The position requires current enrollment in Georgia Highlands College, Pell Grant eligibility, and satisfactory academic progress. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills and knowledge of information technology systems. The pay is $12.00 per hour for a part-time role.

Formación

• Must be Pell Grant eligible.
• Must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress.
• Must have an unmet need based on total cost of attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Provides frontline support via telephone, email, and in-person.
• Creates tickets in the ITS Ticketing system.
• Assists with projects in the IT Services Division.
