Georgia State University, School of Public Health, is seeking a PC Support Specialist - Temp to join the Urban Life team in Atlanta. The role supports deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer systems across classrooms and event venues, with SCCM/JAMF imaging and ServiceNow ticketing.

• Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience; or a high school or GED and six years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems in the School of Public Health.
• Leverage imaging and deployment tools (SCCM and JAMF) to install/update OS and applications on Windows and Mac computers.
• Document the maintenance conducted on hardware and software in the ticketing system (ServiceNow).
• Provide technical support for audio/video and other specialized hardware in classrooms, conference rooms, and event venues.
