Qualifications

• Must be a current enrolled Middle Georgia State University student.
• Must be enrolled at least 6 credit hours.
• Must comply with strict confidentiality of information.
• The work involves both desk work and campus movement; lifting and moving light to bulky objects may be required.
• Collaborating with colleagues to accomplish tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and do preliminary evaluation of challenges the callers are having.
• Prepare and install devices for deployment around campus, assist in troubleshooting equipment problems, and remove old inventory as needed.
• Assist in maintaining classroom technology such as computers and audio/visual equipment.
• Assist in completing support tickets.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
