Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones
• Train customers on how to use the phone and its features
• Promote the CaptionCall service
• Create lead generation activities and generate referrals
• Attend trade shows and other corporate events as assigned
• Recruit and refer Installer/Trainer candidates to aid local installations and events
• Complete service calls and maintain customer records
• Submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
