Job summary

Sorenson Communications is seeking a part-time Installer/Trainer to install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones, train customers, and promote the CaptionCall service in customers' homes and at events. The role offers a flexible schedule, with travel under 25% and potential for career growth.

Minimum education is a High School Diploma or GED, plus basic computer knowledge and sales experience. Experience in hearing health and with seniors is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience are preferred.
• Sales experience is desirable.
• Experience in the hearing health field is a plus.
• Experience working with senior citizens is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Attend trade shows and corporate events as assigned.
• Complete required reports and submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
