Job summary

Sorenson Communications is seeking a caring Installer/Trainer to work in customers' homes on a part-time basis, training users on the CaptionCall phone and services. The role offers flexible hours, independence, and potential for career growth.

Travel to customer sites is required up to 25% of the time. A high school diploma and basic computer knowledge are required; sales and hearing health experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hearing health field preferred.
• Sales experience required.
• Ability to travel and drive.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service.
• Create lead generation activities and referrals.
• Attend and participate in trade shows and events as assigned.
• Recruit and refer Installer/Trainer candidates as needed.
• Complete service calls and maintain customer records.
