Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer knowledge, and experience in helping senior customers. Training provided by the company and travel requirements are less than 25%.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and generate referrals.
• Attend trade shows and events as assigned.
• Recruit and refer Installer/Trainer candidates as needed.
• Complete service calls and accurately maintain customer records.
• Submit required reports and feedback on customer interactions.
• Maintain equipment inventory to service customers.
• Adapt to new responsibilities as necessary.
