Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Independent BCBA (1099) in West Columbia, SC. You will lead clinical decisions, determine your own schedule, and decide on telehealth vs. in-person care. The company provides backend operations, credentialing, and client referrals to support autonomous practice.

This role offers autonomy with admin support, flexible caseload management, and the potential to build a strong, compliant practice while earning up to $125,000+ per year based on caseload.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• SC LBA license strongly preferred.
• Residence in SC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinically: conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments to design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Drive treatment fidelity: provide supervision to RBTs with high fidelity and clinical rigor.
• Data-based decisions: use visual data to monitor progress and adjust BIPs in real time.
• Documentation & medical necessity: ensure clinical docs meet payer standards without sacrificing depth.
• Caregiver partnership: collaborate with families and coach parents to generalize skills at home.
• Ethical practice: uphold BACB Ethics Code and client dignity.

Education

BCBA certification

Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

South Carolina LBA preferred

Residence in SC preferred
