Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and eligibility for independent contracting.
• Residence in South Carolina required.
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong desire for autonomy and ability to manage an independent schedule.
• Experience with telehealth supervision and digital data collection.

Responsibilities

• Lead FBAs and skill-based assessments to design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs with competency and fidelity.
• Use data analysis to monitor client progress and adjust BIPs in real time.
• Collaborate with Tellos admin to document medical necessity and align with payer standards.
• Partner with families via coaching to ensure skill generalization to home.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code in all professional activities.
