Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• South Carolina LBA strongly preferred and SC residence preferred.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Desire for autonomy and discipline to manage an independent schedule.
• Comfortable using technology for telehealth supervision and digital data collection.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinically with FBAs and skill-based assessments to design evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and maintain high fidelity to protocols.
• Use visual data analysis to monitor progress and adjust BIPs as needed.
• Document medical necessity and ensure payer standards while preserving clinical depth.
• Partner with families through collaboration and coaching to ensure skills generalize.
