Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, engage customers, and manage demonstration equipment in retail settings.

The role emphasizes professional presentation and knowledge of the products represented, ensuring compelling interactions and compliant food handling. The position requires a High school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and food safety certification where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and setup event equipment and supplies for demonstrations.
• Communicate with store management about events when Supervisor is absent.
• Be the point of contact for all events in the store and assist other team members.
• Demonstrate products and convey features/benefits to consumers.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area and appearance.
• Complete expense reports and on-line requirements on event days.
