Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn products, and interact with customers in a professional manner.

You will also be responsible for event equipment, ensuring setup and maintenance in stores and assisting with client visits and audits. The role emphasizes leadership when a Supervisor is absent, effective communication with store personnel, and compliance with food safety standards while delivering a positive brand experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and mobile device with applications and internal systems.
• Food Safety Certification; Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with store management for upcoming and past events.
• Lead and support team during events when Supervisor is absent.
• Explain features and benefits of products to consumers.
• Prepare and serve food samples complying with safety guidelines.
