Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn product details, prepare and serve samples, and engage customers professionally in a retail environment.

The role is part-time, up to 25 hours per week, with expectations to maintain a neat appearance, handle basic cleaning tasks, and complete reports and online requirements on the same day as events. A valid high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required; a local food handler

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Stand and walk for the shift; lift and carry up to 25 pounds (up to 50 pounds occasionally); safely operate basic kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Gains knowledge of products represented and demonstrates them to consumers in a professional manner.
• Intercepts consumers and explains product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples using microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work station and professional appearance.
• Complete expense reports and online requirements on the same day as events.
