Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store demonstrations in a retail environment in the United States. The role involves learning product details, engaging customers, and presenting food and non-food samples using standard appliances.

You will maintain a clean, professional workspace and support event execution with accurate paperwork. The position is part-time, with up to 25 hours per week, and requires basic computer skills and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Proficient in using a PC or mobile device and internal systems.
• Local Food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of products represented and communicate features effectively.
• Intercept, engage, and sell products to the consumer.
• Prepare and serve samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a safe, clean workstation and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table and complete on-time tasks.
• Complete expense reports and online requirements on the day of events.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
