Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in the United States seeks an associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn products, prepare and demonstrate samples, and engage customers with strong product knowledge in a retail environment.

This role is part-time up to 25 hours weekly with potential schedule adjustments based on client needs. The position requires a high school diploma or GED (or 1–3 months of related experience), basic computer skills, and possibly a local food handler

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Complete expense reports as per Company Policy.
• Access internet and navigate company systems (Outlook, Word, Adobe PDFs).
