Job summary

Crossmark Inc. seeks an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations of food and non-food items. You will learn product details, engage customers, and sell products with professional conduct. You will also manage event equipment and maintain a neat, safe demo area in stores.

The role is part-time, up to 25 hours per week, with duties including setup, customer interaction, and reporting. A high school diploma, food safety certification, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Food Safety Certification and local food handlers permit may be required.
• Proficient ability to use a PC and mobile devices with internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies in backroom areas.
• Coordinate with store management about upcoming events.
• Serve as point person for events when Supervisor is absent.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to the demo team.
• Learn product knowledge to effectively demonstrate and sell.
