Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations. The role involves learning product details, engaging consumers, and handling event equipment with a professional appearance.

You will support supervisors and coordinate with store teams to execute client events effectively. The position requires high school completion (or GED), food safety certification, and comfort with daily computer and mobile device use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Food Safety Professional Certification and local food handlers permit if required.
• Proficient ability to use a PC and mobile device for internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and supplies for events and ensure cleanliness.
• Communicate with store management if Supervisor is absent.
• Be the point of contact for events in the store and assist with kits and materials.
• Lead and share knowledge with the team.
• Explain features and benefits of products during demonstrations.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines.
