Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn product details, and engage customers professionally.

The role involves handling event equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting store management during and after events in a retail environment. The position is part-time with a maximum of 25 hours per week, requiring a high school diploma (or GED) and food safety certification if applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Proficient use of a PC and personal mobile device.
• Food Safety Certification; local food handlers permit if required.
• English is the primary language; bilingual may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies to keep them clean and secure.
• Communicate with store management about upcoming and past events in supervisor's absence.
• Be the point person for events in the store and assist other team members.
• Provide leadership and product knowledge to the team.
• Gain knowledge of products represented and the features/benefits for customers.
• Prepare and serve food samples safely using appliances and utensils.
• Set up the Event Table and complete all assigned work.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports and complete online requirements on the same day as events.
