Job summary

Ennoble Care in Hagerstown, MD, is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care in patients' homes around Washington County. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care during home visits.

You will perform exams, update histories, develop care plans, and collaborate with our clinical team across platforms. Maryland board certification and 1–2 years of primary care experience (geriatric care preferred) are required.

Qualifications

• Board certified with a Maryland NP or PA license.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience; geriatric experience preferred.
• Demonstrates strong communication and independent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
