Job summary

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice provider delivering home visits to patients across multiple states, including Maryland. We seek an experienced Advanced Practice Provider in the Baltimore, MD region for full-time care of diverse chronic-disease patients.

The role requires MD NP/PA certification in Maryland, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently. 1–2 years in primary care with geriatric patients is preferred.

Qualifications

• Board certification as NP or PA with Maryland credentials.
• Strong clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and treat.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to patients in and around Baltimore City.
• Perform physical exams, review histories, and design care plans.
• Communicate effectively with clinical operations and office staff across platforms.
• Deliver patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
