Job summary

Ennoble Care in the DC region seeks an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients on a full-time basis. You will work under supervision of a physician and care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases in Washington, DC area.

Responsibilities include performing examinations, developing treatment plans, coordinating with clinical operations, and communicating with patients, families, and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Board certification as NP or PA in DC.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Hospice experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the DC area.
• Perform physical examinations and document health histories to guide care plans.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans in coordination with physicians.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations platforms.
• Foster trust with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic tests as medically necessary and manage medications.
• Care for a diverse patient panel with chronic conditions.
