Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in in-home and community settings. You'll follow ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision and contribute to individualized progress.

You'll receive paid training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for professional development. A supportive team environment emphasizes quality care and growth within the ABA field.

Qualifikationen

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training, if applicable to this opening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism is helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Aufgaben

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
• Use treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
