Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families in in-home and community settings. The role offers a part-time schedule, with supervision from a BCBA and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities include delivering one-to-one ABA services, teaching essential skills, and documenting progress. Training is provided, and benefits/ PTO are noted for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with autism helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA services to children and young adults.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations with your supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
