Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and families in in-home/community settings. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, track progress, and contribute to a supportive clinical team committed to growth.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with children or autism is helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
• Use treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations and questions with supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
