Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and families under BCBA supervision. This part-time role offers paid training, ongoing supervision, and growth opportunities within a supportive clinical team.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, implement treatment plans, and record data to track progress while collaborating with the family and BCBA.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication and reliability with a commitment to learning
• Experience with autism or disabilities is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
• Share observations with supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, training and team meetings
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families
