Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician for in-home ABA services. You’ll work directly with children and young adults with autism under a BCBA-supervised plan, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide paid training, ongoing BCBA supervision, and professional development opportunities, along with health benefits and PTO for eligible staff. A reliable schedule and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with autism or disabilities is helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism following BCBA plans.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills in sessions.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations with supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
