Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and young adults with autism under BCBA supervision.

You will administer individualized ABA services, track progress, and participate in supervision and team meetings. Training and ongoing professional development are provided.

The role offers paid training, a part-time schedule with afternoon and evening hours, and benefits such as health coverage and PTO for eligible employees.

Formación

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication and reliability.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Teach one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism in-home or in-community settings.
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Record session data and documentation accurately.
• Share observations with supervising BCBA and participate in supervision.
• Attend team meetings and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
