Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-home with children and families, under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and contribute to progress toward goals.

This part-time role offers paid training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for professional development, with health benefits and PTO for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning
• Experience with children or autism helpful but not required
• Ability to meet background check requirements
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults following BCBA-developed plans
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through sessions
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
• Share observations with supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families
