Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and young adults with autism. You will implement ABA strategies under a BCBA, in-home or community settings in the Chester area.

You’ll receive guidance, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for professional development. A strong communication style, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism is helpful but not required.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills in sessions.
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Record session data accurately and on time.
• Share observations with your supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
