Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision. YouCll implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with a clinical team.

We offer paid training, ongoing supervision, health benefits for full-time staff, PTO, and opportunities for professional development. Part-time afternoon/evening hours available.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation, if travel to client homes is required.
• Experience in childcare, education, special education, or a related field can be a strong foundation for this role.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults under BCBA plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations with your supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
